Distributing libraries containing nine is subject to an action under the sub-licensing agreement. FenixSoft prohibits our customers from distributing middleware (library that does not run by itself) developed with nine regardless of whether or not any compensation is received for such distribution.

We recommend that you use nine as a teaching material.FenixSoft does not restrict the purpose of using nine.However, even when you use nine as a teaching material, please make sure you acknowledge the contents of the licensing agreement.
